Sichuan Cuisine

Sichuan Cuisine has been a topic on Dorks with Sporks since the shows beginning.  Sichuan Cuisine is was started Sarah’s dumpling obsession.

Sichuan Cuisine was a favorite of Anthony Bourdain as well.  He called the food “ass burning”!  But man is their food delicious!  The love for Sichuan Cuisine fueled the dorks obsession with finding good Sichuan food near home.  Alas, Sichuan Cuisine moved and is no longer located in China Town.  They have moved to another part of Illinois.
